Refund policy

At our store, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. However, we only accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Product Conditions:

   • The product must be damaged.
   • The print quality must be unacceptable (poor image quality).
   • If the product was never delivered.                                                                   °  if the product is missing parts            

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with the necessary evidence (photos of the damaged, defective product or Video).
